Outcomes

Two sides to your marketplace. Payments that look after both.

Familiar ways to pay, more completed orders

Cards, wallets, bank transfers and local methods, in one checkout styled as yours.

Payouts, handled as carefully as pay-ins

Payout instructions go out through your providers, with safeguards against duplicates, so each seller is paid once, as intended.

More pay-ins make it through

A failed purchase can try another connected provider before the buyer walks away, so the sale stays on your marketplace.

Solutions

Built around the moments that keep your marketplace moving.

Checkout with the methods buyers know

Buyers drop off when they cannot find a way to pay they trust. Connect once and switch on the cards, wallets, bank transfers and local methods your customers expect, in a hosted checkout that looks like your own. Opening a new market becomes a switch, not a new build.

Smart routing around declines and outages

One decline or one provider outage shouldn’t cost you the order. Set routing rules visually, using cost, geography, method and provider performance. If an eligible payment fails, it can cascade to the next provider automatically, and a struggling provider can be taken out of rotation until it recovers.

Smart routing · Cascading · Provider health

Refunds across all your providers, all in one view

Refunds get messy when each provider runs its own system. Issue full and partial refunds across your providers from one place, with pay-ins, refunds and payouts linked on a single timeline per transaction.

Seller payouts without the second-guessing

Paying sellers through several providers makes it easy to miss a payout or send one twice. Send all your payout instructions through the same integration instead. Each payout gets its own reference, so even if its status is unclear, it is never sent twice by accident.

FAQ

Pay-ins, payouts, refunds and how the funds flow.

Does Upprove hold our marketplace's funds?

No. Upprove provides payment orchestration technology. Payment processing, acquiring and settlement are provided by the merchant's contracted payment providers. Upprove does not receive or hold merchant settlement funds.

How do seller payouts work?

You send payout instructions through the same integration you use for pay-ins. They go to the providers you connect for payouts, which pay your sellers directly. Each payout carries a unique reference, so the same payout is never sent twice.

Does this replace our payment provider?

No. Your providers keep processing payments and paying your sellers. The orchestration layer connects them, routes pay-ins across them, and brings refunds and payouts into one place.

Can we keep the providers we already have contracts with?

Yes. Your contracts stay yours. Connect the providers you already work with, and add new ones when a market calls for it.

Can we refund buyers across different providers?

Yes. Full and partial refunds are handled from one place, whichever provider took the original payment.

What happens when a buyer's payment is declined?

Depending on the decline and your routing rules, the payment can cascade to another connected provider. Provider responses are interpreted and classified, so your team can understand what is behind a decline and decide what to change.

How do we add a provider for a new market?

Through the integration you already have, with no new build on your side. Routing, refunds and reporting work with the new provider from the start.

Which payment methods can our buyers use?

Cards, wallets, bank transfers and local methods. What is available in each market depends on the providers you connect and your contracts with them.

Let’s turn more checkouts into seller payouts.

Connect once, route pay-ins across your providers, and send refunds or payouts without the portal hopping.
